By creating an account or using Mealo, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Wellness-only nature
Mealo is a nutrition tracking and wellness tool only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
AI & health disclaimer
Mealo's AI photo-scan feature provides estimated calorie and macro values only. AI estimates can be inaccurate, especially for mixed dishes, hidden ingredients, or unclear photos.
- Always review and correct AI scan results before saving a meal.
- Low-confidence results will be flagged for extra review.
- Do not rely on Mealo for managing a diagnosed medical condition without consulting a doctor.
- Mealo cannot and does not guarantee nutritional accuracy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the operation of Mealo.
Subscriptions
Mealo offers a free plan and paid Pro plans. Subscription price, renewal terms, and cancellation are governed by the platform (App Store / Google Play / web checkout) through which you purchased. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through that platform, or contact support.
Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time from Profile settings. This does not require an active subscription and is not blocked by any paywall.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Mealo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
